Kathmandu Rangers Sign Hishub Thapaliya as Marquee Player for Nepal Super League

Kathmandu Rangers FC, the former champions of the Nepal Super League (NSL), have signed young forward Hishub Thapaliya as their marquee player for the upcoming season.
The club announced on Friday that Thapaliya joined after a stellar season with Jawalakhel Youth Club in the Shahid Smaraka ‘A’ Division League. The forward also debuted for the Nepal national team in September and is widely regarded as one of the most promising young talents in the country.

Thapaliya will lead the Rangers to their second NSL title after winning the inaugural edition. He will be joined by several other talented players, including goalkeeper Bikesh Kuthu, the Rangers’ marquee player last season.
The second edition of the NSL is set to kick off on November 24th, with the opening match between Kathmandu Razors and Sporting Ilam FC. The final will be held on December 30th, with all games at the Dasharath Stadium in Kathmandu.
The Rangers will be hoping to make a significant impact in the upcoming season, and with Thapaliya leading the line, they will undoubtedly be one of the teams to beat.
