Bluebird College secured a place in the Apex ICC Cup Cricket Tournament quarterfinals despite losing to Aastha College on Friday at the Mulpani Cricket Stadium.
The Bluebirds, who scored 3 points in 3 games, finished third in Group A. Aastha, who got the first win, remained at the bottom with 2 points.
Aastha found the target of 66 runs, losing nine wickets in 19.4 overs. Bhupal Dangol scored 26 runs, and Sudip Paudel scored 14 runs for Astha.

Subash Khatri took three wickets for Bluebirds, and Abhinash Basyal and Bipin Acharya took two wickets each.
Bluebird lost all wickets in 19.2 overs and prepared 65 runs earlier. Mehool Shrestha scored 14 runs, and Prabhat Rawat scored 14 runs for Bluebird.
For Aastha, Arjun Paudel and Saujan Ghimire took three wickets each and Ayush Neupane took two wickets.
