Bluebird College reached the finals of the Apex ICC Cup cricket tournament with a comfortable 76-run win against Kathmandu University on Monday at Mulpani Cricket Stadium.
Bluebird batted first and scored 112 runs in 19.2 overs. Sachin Lekhak (29 runs), Nirbhik Pathak (19 runs), and Ronim Tiwari (17 runs) were the top scorers for Bluebird.
For Kathmandu, Rishabh Khatiwada took 5 wickets for 14 runs in 4 overs. Rohit Sapkota took 3 wickets, and Sital Neupane took 1 wicket.

Kathmandu chased the target of 113 runs but was bowled out for 36 runs in 12.3 overs. Rohit Sapkota was the only batsman to score in double figures, scoring 14 runs.
For Bluebird, Avinash Basyal took 5 wickets for 11 runs in 3.3 overs. Kaushal Rupakheti and Subas Khatri got 2 wickets each.
Bluebird will face Phoenix College in the final on Tuesday. Phoenix reached the final by defeating KSMIT by 4 wickets.
