On Saturday, Borussia Dortmund put on a dominant display to defeat Freiburg 4-2 in the Bundesliga. Mats Hummels scored twice, while Daniel Malen and Marco Reus also got on the scoresheet for the visitors.

Dortmund took the lead early on through Hummels, who headed home a corner kick in the 11th minute. Freiburg equalized in injury time of the first half through Lukas Holler, but Dortmund restored their lead just minutes into the second half through Malen.

Freiburg was reduced to 10 men in the 82nd minute after Nicolas Höfler received a second yellow card. Dortmund used their numerical superiority to score two late goals through Hummels and Reus to seal the victory.

The win lifts Dortmund to seventh place in the Bundesliga table, while Freiburg drops to 10th.
