Chaand FC Tindhariya entered the 7th Manebhanjyang Gold Cup quarterfinal by defeating Red Horse Football Club 4-1. Ilam took the early lead in the 25th minute, but Chaand equalized four minutes later through a Saurav Tamang header. Chaand added three goals in the second half, with Martin scoring a penalty in the 50th minute and his second goal in the 65th.

Diwas Tamang scored a header in injury time to seal the win. Saurav Tamang was declared the man of the match. Chaand will play the winner of the Georgian FC Kalimpong-DSA Howda Kolkata match in the semifinals.
