KCMIT and Bluebird Collage entered the Apex ICC Cup cricket tournament semi-finals after defeating St. Xavier’s College and Patan Multiple Campus in the Saturday quarter-finals.

In the first quarter-final, KCMIT chased down a modest target of 58 runs with three wickets in hand to set up a semi-final clash against Bluebird. Subas Sapkota was the top scorer for KCMIT with 17 runs, while Aditya Jha took four wickets and Najam Kavari took three wickets to restrict St. Xavier’s to 57 runs.

In the second quarter-final, Bluebird Collage made light work of Patan’s 58 runs, chasing it down with nine wickets. Gaurav Paudel and Ronim Tiwari scored 23 and 20 runs, respectively, for Bluebird, while Bipin Acharya took four wickets to dismiss Patan for 58 runs.
